After walking for a few hours on the rice terrace trails, we stopped for lunch at Jatiluwih Restaurant, located across from one of the trail exits. We didn’t go for the buffet option but ordered à la carte instead. The service was impeccable and the six meals were delicious, all at a very reasonable price, not to say cheap. The view of the terraces is also a great asset of this restaurant.

I was surprised that in spite of the prime location overlooking the rice terrace, the price was quite reasonable. We ordered 1 western and 1 local dish and both were on point. Great taste and quantity. 1 dish is enough for 1 person. Service is also good. Clean toilets. Must visit if you are in jatiluwih.

We order Kwetiau Seafood, Tom Yum with Coconut Milk Seafood and Flying Gurame.
Food comes fast, with a lot of guest as sitting around us as well. I’ve been enjoying Tom Yum from Pratunam and Bangkok, Thailand before and the one that I had here was so delicious and I can say it is Authentic Taste of Thai.
